Skillet has just wrapped their studio time for their ninth studio record, due out later this year, and in celebration the band shared a teaser to their social media channels. You can listen below.
The clip displays aggressive guitars from Seth Morrison and searing synth programming from Korey Cooper alongside just a hint of John Cooper's raw vocals. The result teases a sound reminiscent of earlier projects Alien Youth, Collide and Comatose-- fitting given that Skillet returned to work with Comatose producer Brian Howes for this project.
