Seventh Day Slumber's frontman and industry veteran Joseph Rojas announced last week that he has launched his own record label, a company titled Burtonwood Records. The first signee is artist Nathan Sheridan.
Although further details of the record label are still pending (you can stay tuned to their developing website
burtonwoodrecords.com for details), the excitement of both the label's president and its first signee was obvious. "The next couple of days are very exciting for me!" Joseph Rojas shared before the announcement. "On behalf of myself and all of the partners at Burtonwood Records we welcome Nathan Sheridan!"
Nathan Sheridan posted on his
own page about his journey with Christian music, concluding "his deal is a major game changer for me, and It is going to open doors that I could have never opened by myself. Thank you Joseph Rojas for bringing me on, and believing in me."
The first single from this new partnership is "Loves Like That," which was produced by Seventh Day Slumber guitarist Jeremy Holderfield. The song will be impacting radio soon.
