I just recently bought this album off iTunes, and I really love it. Very well done for his first piece of work! My favorite songs on this album, would probably be "Stranger", and "The Campfire Song". Both very sweet, deep messages, and awesome tunes. All these songs are very well written, and you can tell Chris really put his heart and soul into these songs. Highly recommended EP - For sure a must have! :)

I apparently missed this release initially and only found out about it after "No Far Away" was released. I didn't like this one instantly like I did "No Far Away" but there is an underlying raw talent and brilliance throughout the release. Some of the tracks are great as they are, and others feel like they could do with just a little more work overall. In the end though, Chris is very talented and that definitely shines through on this release. I look forward to hearing more new music from Chris in the future.

I love this album! I love the way he fuses songs about love and relationships with songs about faith and his relationship with Christ. It makes for a really well-rounded sound. Chris August is a great artist with a contemporary sound and a timeless message. Go chech it out RIGHT NOW!!!! :)
