‘Call of the Sea,’ CoastalRise’s sophomore album, released in April 2013, is the more mature, developed, and collaborative sound of CoastalRise with all the fun and unexpected twists that keep listeners loving their music, yet still trying to place them into a genre category.
"The music is God-inpspired. It starts as a seed. There isn’t an overall theme for the album as far as sound or genre are concerned. Each song is unique - but there is a theme in the message.
This album is about following the call of the Lord. We want to follow His call because His love is deeper and more endless than the sea itself.
Our prayer is that you too will hear His call and follow it. We want you to be refreshed by His spirit through the music we believe He has given us. We play songs full of conviction and our personal testimonies. As we sing, we hope that the message will resonate in your heart and you will sing along in your own song of obedience and joy in the Lord." - Timmy Whiting

Great band. I'm glad I found them here on this site. I also find it so ironic that the album name is totally relevant to the name of the band. (CostalRise vs. Call Of The Sea) Keep on doing what you do!
I love your stuff! You should really check these guys out! They are great! Listen to their stuff! They love Jesus and that is the most important thing! Take a listen to this stuff and buy and comment and share and like and everything!!!

When I was trying to watch the lyric video for the song "Lonely Avenue" I gave up. The vocals are negligible. Sorry, but they really need to specialize. They are newbies and their music is for people who don't have a good taste.
