Metamorphosis| Posted September 03, 2013 Everyday Sunday has been my favorite band ever since I first got their tiny promotional CD for their upcoming freshman album "Stand Up" over a decade ago. With each new release, their sound has changed--sometimes in a subtle way and sometimes drastically. From Alternative to Punk to a more poppy Rock to downright Pop, Everyday Sunday is always fresh with each new listen and always full of surprises. Their sound, however is not the only varying factor in their music; every single album has a different lineup of band members, and Trey Pearson, the lead singer, is the only original member still carrying the band--this time by himself. "A New Beginning" is yet another fresh start for Trey and Everyday Sunday that once again leaves me wondering what could possibly come next.
