"Let It Be Glory" is not only the title of the new album and the first radio single but also a cry from the heart of 33Miles. The 5th studio recording from the pop duo is full of anthemic melodies and stirring lyrics that lead the listener to a place of thanksgiving and worship. While it is a bit of a departure from the 33Miles you have heard in the past it's not a complete left turn. Their signature sound cuts through like always proving there's not much these 2 guys can't tackle. Having written nine out of the ten cuts, Jason and Chris have stepped into more ownership of their record and message than ever before. "We have spent many years serving the church and leading worship. It just made sense for us to make a worship album" says Jason. "Not that our other albums haven't been worshipful. We just wanted to be intentional in writing songs that churches could use in more of a corporate setting. Like on Sunday mornings."
Mission accomplished. Songs like "Faithful God" and "I Need Thee" are memorable and heartfelt while the rock anthem "King Of All The Universe" is perfect for kicking off any worship service.
"This album was a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. We are so excited for it to be out and to see how God is going to use these songs to speak to hearts." says Chris.
33Miles wants the message to be clear. We all face troubles in this life but the Truth that we are not alone and that we are perfectly loved by God helps us stand and continue the journey that He has placed before us. Through His power, in the good and in the bad times we can say "Let It Be Glory"!
