This is one of the best albums ever done!!
Eric now resides as a country music singer. He's not
very well known by the average person such as Bono of U2, but he's known by the one whom has a true ear
for well sang and played songs.

Great CD!| Posted February 12, 2008
Big Dismal had many releases on my local Christian Rock radio station in my area. After their first release, (I.O.U.) I snatched up their album and actually, it is one of my favorites. It's too bad this band broke up. The lyrics are wholesome and are founded on good Christian principles. Their sound has great guitar and vocals and it's easy to sing along with. They're not too heavy but still rock great. Perhaps there could be some reincarnation of their sound in another project? Untill then, I certainly suggest you give this album a listen.

i have this cd in my personal collection(and yes it gets many plays!). Their sound holds elements of Creed (which i enjoy much)and maybe a little Shinedown mixed in which i know that many artists like to leave room for interpretation of their sound and lyrics but i feel that for these guys it could of showed a little more of a faith connection or was the desired direction lyrically intended to be more mainstream? Overall it is a very solid release musically and Eric Durrance's clear, clean sounding voice definitely compliments their style.
i think the only downside is that these guys decided to part ways.
