Coming full circle in their illustrious career, MxPx has rejoined forces with Tooth and Nail Records after over 10 years since their first release. The return to their roots promises to be an invigorating release that will be a capstone on who MxPx was, and show to the world what this band has become. This record has something for everyone, the fun, fast pop-punk we all love about MxPx, as well as a more artistic and progressive angle that shows the bands immense talent and skills. Secret Weapon is poised to be a blockbuster this summer!

MxPx Finally Comes Around| Posted August 07, 2007
In the 90's MxPx was the most loved joke in Christian rock. It's was so bad, it was good, and they got mainstream attention. But the group aged like wine, and was made good. Now, MxPx can be truly compared to bands like Hawk Nelson and Relient K. Yeah, they've gotten that good. "Secret Weapon" is a great song, great riff, good lyrics, and catchy. MxPx is no longer joke material, they make the jokes.

I like mxpx. When a band has been around for 15 years then you know they have to be good. And this cd proves just that. I highly reccomend this cd to anyone.
