A quality remix from Scott Blackwell. This Audio Adrenaline material was already pretty hot, but in the hands of a mix master it acquires new life and relevance. Indeed, it becomes increasingly difficult to think of a serious CCM scene without Blackwells influence. "Can't Take God Away" was a gift of a track to remix - simple, straight-up lyrics in a simple musical pattern that could be stretched and pulled any way you like. So Scott provides us with an 'Eternal Life Music' which is all busy percussion and staccato keyboard stabs and then a 'House Mix' which is a little more withdrawn and mysterious. Then there's "We're A Band" with its near-rap explanation of the band's purpose and mission. The package is rounded off with 'Big House', a less rhythmic but still intense invitation to worship God in his temple. It's great stuff to listen to and even better stuff to dance to.
