"Coastal Kids" is an album about complete dependance on God. We as Christians know that our goal is to trust God in every avenue of our lives, but if you've lived on earth long enough you'll quickly find out that's a lot easier said than done.
During the process of writing and recording this album every member of our band dealt with this. Before we wrote this album we had to ask, "God is this where you are calling us to go?" Up until this point we were just a group of dudes that loved the Lord and loved to play music to bring him glory. It was right before we went into the studio to start writing that we felt God calling us to do this "for real".
That was the most exciting and terrifying moment for us. It was also that emotion which spawned the name of the album. It was in this moment where we felt like little kids standing on the coast looking out at the ocean and thinking to ourselves "I think we can do it".
Throughout this process God has taught us, broke us, blessed us, and grown us. We got to meet other believers along the way that were dealing with the same thing that we were going through. This quickly showed us that we weren't the only kids standing on the coast. On June 21st we want to share our journey with you. We firmly believe God gave us this album to help us through this journey and it is our hope that he will use it to help you through yours as well.

Summer Vibes, fun catchy music, spiritually helpful songs. My favorite tracks are That's What I call Love, A Dollar Short, Ashes, and Come Alive. Really there is no filler on this album all the songs offer something great.
