A Deeper Level [edit]
by Israel Houghton & New Breed | Genre: Praise & Worship | Release Date: September 04, 2007

This recording was captured during three nights of intimate worship at the annual A Deeper Level Conference in Houston, TX. In preparation for this release, Israel and New Breed fasted 40 days petitioning the Lord to give everyone who hears this project a heart to go deeper in worship.

A Deeper Level is packed with energetic tunes like "Say So" and "We Have Overcome" plus the poignant ballads "If Not For Your Grace" and "Deeper." This release also features special guest appearances by award winning artists and is produced by Israel Houghton and Aaron Lindsey.

A deeper level | Posted October 12, 2014
The combination itself with Chris Tomlin is just so amazing in I know who I am. The fasting really worked my brother because I tell you it led me into a deeper wprship level by just playing it. The deeper prayer with Darlene is also so so amazing leading to the song deeper. The album from start to end is just sos so amazing.

This is by far my favorite album by them. The songs seem to have better meaning then songs on the other albums, and this one is also just...better sounding.

If you say so :D | Posted January 22, 2010
I first heard of Israel and New Breed when I bought the iWorship Platinum Edition. I heard "Friend of God" and it was just a fun praise and worship song! I searched some of his songs and I heard deeper and we started playing it at our youth band. It was such an amazing song. My local station played "Say So" and I was so hooked on this song that I bought the album and it was pretty good. I feel like praise and worship songs are very cookie cutter now but Israel and New Breed bring some creativity to this cookie cutter mold christian music has fallen into. Admittedly some of the songs on this album aren't something I would listen to all the time but overall this is a very decent album. I definitely recommend listening to "Say So"!

Great Worship | Posted January 19, 2010
This album was a good one to listen to when you just want to worship. The music is great, and when you want to jump and shout, there are songs on this album that are perfect for that too. This album is a great one, and I would recommend anyoned to purchase it if you wish to experience a Deeper level.

I really enjoyed this album because I like the whole choir feeling. I like how he incorporates the choir because it makes the songs sound so much better. Plus the songs themselves are incredible and make you really reflect on God.

A Deeper Level Indeed!! | Posted February 26, 2009
Once again Israel and New Breed have done it again... the title of the album is A Deeper Level and the Lyrics and Rhythm truly send the message. it is an outstanding job from Israel and his team. if you are looking for an album to take you into God's presence thru Praising (Say So) is the best song for that..and then entering by worshiping with (I will search for you. so once again Thank God for Israel & New Breed. (can't wait for the next album)

If you enjoyed Alive in South Africa you'll enjoy this one. | Posted September 10, 2008
Isreal Houghton did a fantastic job in this cd he had a mixture of gospel to praise and worship to reggae. Everyone I've asked how they like this cd to his Alive in South Africa say this one is really good.
