Alan Cox's new EP "The Mind, Acoustic Sessions Vol. 2" is his first studio album release in 3 years and is the second installment of his Acoustic Sessions series. The album was written and recorded from May-December in 2019. The album focuses on the spiritual battles we can face in our minds, the emotions we invoke through those, and the redemption we find in Jesus when we cast our cares and troubles onto Him.
