On Your Feet is the first album from Christian rock band Spoken. Released in 1997 by Metro One Recordings, it possesses a musical style that was often compared to bands like Rage Against the Machine. It's a rap-rock fusion (also known as rapcore) with a highly spiritual message.

Their isn't much to say about spoken's debut release on metro one records. It was strong, solid, and catchy. I don't really have a favorite song, they are all good, but none of them are great. If i had to choose one it would be stupid people.
Once they signed to tooth and nail is when they really became good. Infact the first cd i had heard by spoken was last chance to breath back in 2005. I wouldn't recommend picking this one up unless you want a collection of all their cds.
i would get: a moment of imperfect clarity, last chance to breathe, spoken, or even echoes of the spirit still dwell.
