Jlyricz releases The Banquet, his first official body of work in two years. The EP was recorded during a time the prolific singer-songwriter was homeless and was also going through a dire period with several personal issues plaguing him.
After he lost his apartment and squatting with friends, he got a proposal for a one-album deal with a company and started working on the project immediately but the plug was pulled on the deal with no explanations given but instead of allowing it to dampen his morale he decided to go ahead with the record and The Banquet is made up of songs that were recorded for those sessions.
He says concerning the project; "The Banquet is a celebration of God's love at a point my life was surrounded chaos."
With two previous singles receiving positive reviews and getting featured on major platforms, Jlyricz would be glad everything is turning out great.
