The lyrics tell of not only what to do & where to go amid major life emergencies, but also on a personal level of how to overcome internal battles of negative thoughts, and various tests & trials in life. The solution is seeking & filling up on Jesus. He can erase & replace all the overwhelming thoughts and stresses in life when we fix our eyes on Him instead of on our problems.
