Breakout Landmark Release! | Posted August 10, 2007
Now that it's been almost 3 years since this came out and everyone knows at least 3 songs from this release, "Holy is the Lord", "How Great is Our God" and "Indescribable", there's no denying this is a landmark Christian album and Chris Tomlin's breakout release. Not that it is a bad thing, but I was actually a bigger Chris Tomlin "fan" before this and "We Fall Down", "Forever" and "Enough" from his earlier releases are now overshadowed by this CD, however his overall songwriting and singing are among the best in all of Christian music.

This album introduced me to you Chris. I remember it was in 2003............................. God is definitely indescrible.................... and he is also the King of Glory. I loved this album and I remember we also used to sing some of this album's songs in our Praise and Worship church services.

A Great Collection of Worship Songs! | Posted September 29, 2010
This cd features a great collection of worship songs by Chris Tomlin. Every single one of the songs on this CD are good! I enjoyed listening to the entire way through! This album has some of the best worship songs and some of everyone's favorites! So, I cannot put anything in The Bad section, and thus, that section does not exist in this review. Everything is in The Good section! I'm sure that everyone who listens to this album will love it!

Chris Tomlin has a proven ability to produce great music and this CD is no exception. "Holy Is The Lord" and "How Great Is Our God" are two of my faves. I love the word choices on "Indescribable" (yes, I know he didn't write that, but it's a good song and he sings it well)
"Mighty Is The Power of the Cross" is very well done. "The Way I Was Made" is unusual for a worship album, not sure if it fits the genre but I like it.

Many of these songs are sung each week all over the country at all denonmination churches. Chris Tomlin is also excellent live I recommend anyone seeing him in concert if they get a chance

Arriving is one of those albums that no matter what age you are or what music you like, you have to like it. It has amazing worship songs. It's a must have.
