Building 429 exploded onto the Christian music scene with one of the most successful debut radio singles ever. 'Glory Defined' reached #1 on the CRW AC radio chart faster than any other song in chart history, and remained there for 10 consecutive weeks. The band's follow up single 'The Space In Between Us' also reached Top 5 on the radio charts.

Fayetteville's Own| Posted August 02, 2007
I am glad to see that such an amazing group could come from a small town like Fayetteville, North Carolina (which is where I am from). But anyhow, I was amazed at how well Building 429 mixed the word of God with music that makes you tap your feet. This cd album as well as Iris to Iris are the ones I own as of now, but I will most defintely purchase Rise ASAP. Hope you will get the album because it will bless your heart.
Generic Defined| Posted August 02, 2007
The title of Building 429's new CD, 'Space in Between Us', is sort of what I would like to take place between me and the CD. Lots of space.
First, the good news. 'Glory Defined' and 'No One Else Knows' are good songs. Now the bad news. Every other song isn't. The thing is, there's no really bad song, and no specific downpoint. It's all decent music with decent lyrics. Add it up, and somehow you end up with a very generic album. It lokos they tried to copy every artist possible and ended up sounding like an uneasy mixture of them all.
'Glory Defined' might be a nice rocky song you'd like to buy on iTunes, but don't waste your money on the rest; they play 'No One Else Knows' on the radio a few times a month, so need to go spend 99 cents on it, right?
it's ok| Posted July 30, 2007
i like it i guess, but every song seems to sound the same to me, like, each song has somthing different in it that i like but i hardly hear it unless i'm listening really close, idk, this CD just dosn't do it for me. if you asked me i wouldn't recomend it but i would't not recomend it, if you get what i mean
Good lyrics, a little slow| Posted July 27, 2007
I love their lyrics, yet they arent up to date with whats "in" in teenage christian music so they really arent my style.... my parents love them, yet i feel in order for them to regain the teenage population they have to kick it up a knotch
Almost Every Track...| Posted July 25, 2007
I enjoyed just about every track on this album except track #10. For some reason, it just didn't gel with me musically, but that's just me. All the other tracks were great right from the opening radio hit "Glory Defined."
The expanded edition has a few remixes which are great too!
You will like this CD.
Tracks on my iPod:
Well, as of right now, all of them are on my iPod as that is how I first listened to this album. I'll probably be narrowing it down to just my favorites soon though. :-)
