The Transparent album was self produced by Billy Buchanan and was mostly recorded in his basement. It was released independently through Billy's label, Vision 1st Music. It's a groovy acoustic driven album, full of catchy worship songs that are meant to encourage the body of Christ. Billy released this album to minister to the congregation he leads worship for in St. Augustine, FL. The songs are starting to take a life of their own, as other churches around the country are starting to sing them on Sunday mornings. Most of the songs on the album are written by Billy Buchanan, but there are some brilliant co-writes on the album including the songs "Heaven In My Heart," co-written with Marc Byrd (Third Day, Kutless), and "Transparent," co-written with Rob Hawkins (David Crowder, Carried Away).

great album...great vocalist. this album is simply amazing. the best song on the album is by far Child of God. It's really amazing live. its just such a passionate song.
