Emery's debut album, The Weak's End, is a great debut for the band and really showcases what would become signatures of the band that are done to this day. I liked how each song had it's moment of brillance and the great balancing of screamed voacls and clean vocals. I didn't like how each song started to sound the same after a while. But aside from that, this is a great debut from a band that would only get better throughout each year.

Excellent Songs. Their Compact Discs don't have just one good song, but all of them are good. Most of their cd's are good. If not all of them.ddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

Need a good screamo band?| Posted October 27, 2007
These guys are great. I was first introduced to their music about 2-3 years ago. I fell in love with their sound immediately. I had never gotten into the whole emo/screamo genre, so these guys were my gateway band. This is my favorite of their albums, though they are all quite good. "The Ponytail Parades" is one of those lyrically brutal songs that makes me hope that the guy didn't actually have to go through that to write about it. Yet it seems too detailed for him not to have experienced it. The disk if full of deep, meaningful lyrics from start to end though. The band could benefit from a little more spiritual lyrics though. I surely don't mind lyrics about life situations and such, but these guys do seem to be lacking in the "mention of God" department.

From the first scream "Are you listening?" to the end of the album, I was hooked on this band. They're really intelagent with words and music. I highly recomend the song "Walls".
