6.1 harkens back to Out Of The Grey's origins. Christine Dente's multi-octave vocals take charge on powerful tracks like "Brave" and "Waiting." She can also sound like a lilting songbird on numbers like "What's It Gonna Be" and "Tell Your Story." Scott Dente's masterful guitar work paces most of the record with an edgy yet palatable girding. He also adds quality backing vocals and even a lead role on "Out Of The Ordinary," a beautifully haunting ballad augmented by Christine's soaring choruses.
