After the release of their debut album in 2005, Stellar Kart had three singles at the top of the radio charts and played over 200 dates, touring with bands like Kutless, BarlowGirl, Falling Up, and Pillar. They were also the best-selling new artist of 2005 at Christian retail.
Stellar Kart's sophomore release, We Can't Stand Sitting Down, was also a hit with youth group kids and fans of Relient K and Hawk Nelson, with stand out tracks like "Me And Jesus" and "Hold On."

Stellar Kart: the best of pop punk| Posted August 09, 2007
I typically don't like pop punk bands. Stellar Kart is the exception to that, instead of just singing stupid break-up and love songs Stellar Kart sings witty, spiritually uplifting and challenging songs. Much of this is thanks in part to their amazing producer Ian Eskelin. Ian is known for his sarcastic sense of humor and the irony he uses in his songs. The music to this pop punk album is at least up to par with Relient K, Fall Out Boy, etc. Its a great album. Teens are sure to love it, but there is also enough here for adults to get something out of it as well. If you are to buy one pop punk album, I recommend this to be the one....
A HUGE let down| Posted August 08, 2007
yuck. Super disapointed with this group! I was wanting a fun upbeat punk band. But this was so, so...oh, I don't know-immature?!? the lyrics are bad (as in my little sister does better), there is no uniquness at all, and all the tunes are the same-and the lyrics too. the main singer had a cool voice I just wish he would do something good with it.
The only reason I was interested with them was because of the song "Me and Jesus" which I still like alot...but the album stinks. Don't ever buy the album,Save 15 dollars and just buy "Me and Jesus". That is some good advice.

This album has hits, meaning I hear them on the radio see the videos on TV this is something I would not normally listen to until I saw Stellar Kart's video Activate, they are a wonderful band who love Christ I went to see them in concert in a very small place The Roxy in Northampton PA. They were walking around the audiance during EleventySeven's concert feeling the crowd, and after the show they came to meet everyone who came to the concert and sign autographraphs it was very cool.
Best Band| Posted July 18, 2007
This is a great cd. The songs on it have so much meaning, such as Me and Jesus & Wishes and Dreams. Stellar Kart has so many good messages to get out. This cd is the one that gets those messages across. After I listened to it once, I was hooked and that was all I listened to for awhile. All in all, they relate with teens and get a good message across to them, sometimes without the teens even realizing it.

Hailing from Phoenix,Arizona is Stellar Kart. This CD is packed with great songs such as the classic,Me and Jesus and Activate. This is another Cd that grows on you the more you listen to it.As an aside,Stellar Kart is a great band to see live. Their stage prescence is great and they really know how to work the audience. For fans of Hawk Nelson and Reliant K,I highly recommend this CD. You will not be disappointed.
