David’s sophomore project blends the fiddle styles of American and European folk with modern contemporary production. From the sheer delight of “Jesus Loves Me” to the relentless charm of “Raining at Sunset” to the soaring landscape of “The Calling”, listening to Fiddle-Levity can only be described as a spiritual journey that deposits you on the other side a different person. It is that rare kind of thing that brings neighbors, nations, and generations together and breaks down denominational barriers. “While it may not have many words, it speaks volumes to me. It has a heartbeat, the unmistakable pulse of true worship.”

i really like it| Posted September 01, 2008
i recently saw david klinkenberg at celebrate freedome atlanta. when i heard that he was a fiddle player, well, i wasn't expecting a lot. it's not that i don't like the violin it's just that well... there are times when listening to instrumental music bores me. however, i heard his music and wow! it really blew me away! i ended up buying this album mainly because it was his newest and it has his version of 'jesus love me' on it. he has some other albums available which i may be downloading at a later date. i would really like to see him again in concert.
