Life Is Good gathers the "best" of Stellar Kart into a 17-song package. So what can fans expect?
To start, the album is in chronological order of the band's first three releases. The overall song choices for the "best of" album are a good selection of the fun summertime sound that slows it down when needed. Some of the band's best material, such as “Spending Time,” “Me And Jesus,” “Hold On,” and “Shine Like The Stars,” are displayed on Life Is Good. There are also three new songs available here for the first time: “Lifeguard,” which has a straight up Stellar Kart pop/punk vibe, "Centerfield,” a cover of the great track from Dire Straights, and “Punk The Halls,” which is a clever Christmas melody.
If you’re not a fan of Stellar Kart, this album could easily turn you into one, and if you’ve enjoyed the band over the years, this is a great addition for your collection.

After three albums is it really necessary to realease a hits album. It is not SK's fault it is the label's but why on earth release the best of. On the bright side this CD is good if you don't already have their previous albums.

I got this cd less than a week ago and have listened to it at least once every day. Before a week ago I didn't really know who Stellar Kart was. After listening to their cd a lot, I've come to like them, but realize they had a lot of ups and downs. Such as:
-The lead singer's voice was a little hard to get used to at first.
-Some of their songs sounded alike.
-/+You could tell the difference between the older and newer songs because of the way they sounded.
+Their upbeat songs were fun while their slower songs were pretty and meaningful.
+They kept God the main focus in all their songs.
Overall, I'd say their ups outweighed their downs because I really enjoyed listening to this cd.
