Thousand Foot Krutch is back with their most ambitious release to date, Welcome To The Masquerade, produced by Aaron Sprinkle (The Almost, Anberlin, Demon Hunter) and mixed by Randy Staub (Nickelback, Metallica). When asked about the new record, singer Trevor McNevan explains, "the main concept is that we all hide things and wear masks at certain and places in our lives. The longer we hide things, the more they eat away at us. The closer you get to 'knowing the truth', the harder these things are to hide". The album, anchored by the radio singles "Forward Motion" and "Bring Me To Life" hits stores and online September 8th. The band will support the release this fall on the 2nd annual Creation Tour.
Thousand Foot Krutch has sold half of 1 million copies to date of their albums Set It Off, Phenomenon, The Art Of Breaking, and The Flame in All of Us. The band hit the musical scene with the "Phenomenon" album and branched into active rock radio with the hit songs "Rawkfist" (Phenomenon) , "Move" (The Art of Breaking), Absolute (The Art Of Breaking) and "Falls Apart" (The Flame In All Of Us). At Christian radio the band has charted with eight #1 rock songs, and three top five CHR hits. TFK has shared stages with a wide mix of headliners including Switchfoot, Skillet, Chevelle, Three Days Grace, 311 and Sevendust.

Thousand Foot Krutch is by far one of the BEST Christian hardcore bands out there!!!
I absoultely love this album,All of the songs overall sound awesome, and Trevor has an amazing voice that's impossible not to absolutely love.
I love "Welcome to the Masquerade", it has a very good message and is hardcore but beautiful.
This is one of my top favorite rock albums of '09!
Greatest TFK Album yet!| Posted January 08, 2010

I loved It!| Posted December 31, 2009
As soon as I heard TFK was coming out with a new cd I was so excited! I just got it and it was awesome! I love all the songs on the album and I think this might be one of their best albums. But that's just my opinion.

Seriously, this is probably the best TFK album to date. I was disappointed with "The Flame In All Of Us", I mean there were some good tracks on it, but I didn't enjoy the whole CD. And, to me at least, they sounded like every other rock band. But they came back with an incredibly awesome CD. "Look Away" is definitely my favorite song, it's like an upgraded version of "This Is A Call." And it really goes with their purpose of removing our masquerades. "Forward Motion" and "Already Home" are two other favorites. I have to say I love every song on this album. And what makes it better is that practically every song has a really deep meaning to it. Definitely a CD to buy if you don't already have it.
A step up from their last two albums.| Posted November 29, 2009
I was looking forward to this new TFK album. I first got the song "Bring Me To Life" on the feedthebeat.com Taco Bell website. I then heard "Fire It Up" on their myspace. I then saw them in concert at The Lifelight Festival and knew it was going to be a good CD. The last two albums were good but I didn't like it as much as I like the Phenomenon album. On this album the music is good. The guitars are emphasized more and are sound great. Trevor's vocals have never sounded better. Having Aaron Sprinkle as their producer was a good idea. He also produced the Phenomenon album.
Nice work on a great album that I hope and pray does well.
On par if not better than Phenomenon| Posted November 05, 2009
Thousand Foot Krutch becomes more metal-like with the release of this latest album. This is easily one of the best albums I have heard all year. Why? It's simple. Other bands have always wanted to push for a more mainstream sound and consequentially, they become more poppy. Not TFK, they have gone in the opposite direction and crafted one of the hardest releases to ever hit your ear canals. (My blatant reference to Phenomenon.) Every song is crafted so well, most of them require crunching guitar riffs and really simple anthem lyrics. This is probably the closest thing you will ever get to a mainstream metal release on a non metal record label.
Rated W For Wicked!| Posted October 21, 2009
Throw up your rawkfist and throw off the masks. If you need some help, screeching guitar riffs, wicked drumming and the stunning vocals will do that for you. This CD has a theme and it's sticking to it. In the beginning the masks are unveiled, through out the CD they'll begin to crack and break down and by the end, true identity is found. This CD takes the listener on a journey like no other. TFK has risen the bar a thousand times higher. So get ready to reveal what's behind the mask.
Great Album| Posted October 12, 2009
FINALLY!! TFK returns to making incredible music. Their last album, The Flame In All Of Us, in my opinion, sounded nothing like their original music and was not good at ALL. I have every TFK album, and I have to say, this one of their best. They proved their ability to produce both fast and slow songs. Smack Down and Outta Control are extremely upbeat and would be good to run out to at a game, while Forward Motion, Look Away, and Already Home are slower, more thoughtful songs. All around great album...if you were disappointed with TFK's last album like I was, or you've never heard of them, BUY THIS ALBUM!
Awesome!!!!| Posted September 27, 2009
Totally AWESOME album!!! One of the best to date. I've been a longtime TFK fan, and this is truly one of their best yet. I'm actually a fan of their old style, but as they have transgressed through the years there has been an awesome growth. I've liked the last couple of albums, but there was still something missing...They found the missing link this time!!! Awesome job guys!!!
