Raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Brian Littrell was brought up attending a Baptist church with his family. At age 19, through cousin, Kevin Richardson, he relocated to Orlando, Florida and became part of pop super-group Backstreet Boys. Thirteen years, multiple worldwide sold-out tours, countless awards and more than 75 million albums later Brian is now releasing his first solo album with Reunion Records.
"I've been a born-again Christian since I was eight years old and I've known for a very long time that this has been my calling. I hope to reach listeners in this arena and continue to let Backstreet Boys fans know that it's okay to stand for what you believe in. If I can do something that opens doors and benefits lives in some way, I hope to be able to do that. Why now? It's God's timing. I really think that God has led me on a path for the past thirteen years to prepare me for this project."
Great Album| Posted July 02, 2008
Brain Littrel has always had a great voice and he continues to prove that on his "Welcome Home" album. I first heard his "Welcome Home" single on the radio and i really liked it so i decided to buy his album and check out the rest of his songs and I'm glad I did. This album is filled with great songs and great lyrics and of course Brians great voice. I really do like every song but the ones that stand out to me the most are "Wish", "Angels and Heroes", and "My Answer is You". Those 3 would have to be my favorites on this album but again i do like all songs. This album is great for worship especially with the track "We Lift You Up". That song is a great motivator to get you to worship. Every other song moves you in a different way and has a great meaning to it. This is an awesome album and I highly recommend it for any christian music fan!

Brian is an wonderful singer but to me i think that he should have add a little more something. i mean he does have some really good songs on here such as "gone without goodbye" and "i'm alive" but there are so some others that are a little dry and don't have meaning.
Over all i think it was okay
