Each week, dozens of singles and a handful of projects are released in the Christian Hip-Hop (CHH) and Urban Soul spaces. Below, we listen to a few highlights and list the rest for your own discovery. As always, follow our New Christian Rap & Hip Hop playlist on Spotify and Apple Music to listen to all the latest.
indie tribe. - "ROB HELL" The five-member iconic collective known as indie tribe. dropped their first new single of 2025. Taking a step back, KB’s clothing company (Native Supply) released a Rob Hell Collection in October 2024 based off the scripture Jude 1:23. A new concept was born in the fashion world and the creative mind of nobigdyl. and the entire collective.
With verses like, “snatch my brother out of Hades’ gates over 808s,” from dyl. the tribe. redefines quality art again and again. Praises steadily pour in from across the four corners of the CHH space. The tribe. is hip-hop. The collective is on some official Pinky and the Brain-like tendencies. Complete takeover.
Brenno and Don Ready - "Still Good" RMG Amplify artists Brenno and Don Ready show the emotional power of music through their latest single titled, "Still Good.” The track is a powerful and heartfelt collection of personal experiences with the difficult exposures of grief, loss, and faith. Written through the lens of intensified hardship, “Still Good” speaks of the deep sorrow that Brenno (and his wife) faced after a miscarriage and the ongoing battle Don Ready endures with cancer. Despite these overwhelming challenges, the single’s central message is unwavering: God is still good, even amid life's darkest moments.
Newly signed to RMG Amplify, Orlando’s own and Crohn’s Disease survivor Megan Tossi releases her debut album. Fixate documents her life journey managing the disease, doing missionary work, coping with extreme trauma, and bleeds transparency regardless of the track. Tossi explains, in depth, how fixating her eyes, heart and mind on Jesus has enabled her to be known as a survivor notwithstanding the trials faced. Without doubt, this is Tossi’s most vulnerable and transparent collection of art aimed at helping others claim victory in the name of Jesus regardless of the situation or obstacle faced.
Favorites include “Till I Drop” featuring K-SEE and Christ Jr., “Riding” featuring De La Cruz, and “Get Me Out.” The album spans a variety of sonics, unique cadences, styles and vocal tones, along with obvious growth from the artist herself and promise for her future as an artist. Song styles range from trap to melodic to experimental to worshipful. Other featured artists include A3, Jekasole, and King Chai.
The project is an intense introspection of life, faith, daily trials and most situations in between. It’s a collective work worth being proud of within the accomplishment of a debut album. Stream Fixate on Spotify here.
