Paulette Wooten considers herself first a musician and songwriter but her creativity flows into all areas of the arts including graphic design, video and illustration. Over the past 15 years, she has been the creative producer and director for many musical artists. Her talents have given her the opportunity to travel internationally to perform and train in the arts.
Electro Piano, Volume I titled ”Promise” hit itunes March 6th and drew an incredible response from her fans right away. Making it’s way to #18 iTunes electronic chart.
”Promise” received incredible feedback from all over the world. Fans from Chile, Israel, Germany, the Russian Federation, and more, email her daily. Wooten had two songs that were timely ‘prayers' dealing with social and political events. “Love to Tehran”, a moving piece that was written before the war recently broke out. Deep calls to deep on “27 Million Slaves” benefiting the A21 Campaign to stop human trafficking.
If you’re not familiar with Paulette’s solo work, you may know her from her work with worship artists like Rita Springer, Kim Walker/Jesus Culture, Kim Hill and more for the past 10 years. Paulette also co-wrote the Jesus Culture current hit, “Dance” as well as many of Rita Springer’s latest offerings ( "I Call You" and "This Blood”). Wooten co-produced Kim Hill’s latest Christmas cd in 2011 as well as being her “one woman band” on her 2011 and 2012 Christmas tours.
Continuing to grow in her solo career, Paulette was a featured artist for re:create Austin (‘12) and Nashville (‘13) as well as events in Dallas, Indianapolis and Charlotte.
