Chris Blackmon, Creative Director, grew up playing piano and writing music in Cleveland, Ohio. People who understood the value of ministry to young people laid a great foundation in God's word in Chris' heart during his formative years.

Chris is a graduate of Ohio State University's Jazz Composition program and also holds a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from Trevecca Nazerene University. He has more than 10 years experience pastoring youth and children. and currently serves as an elementary Music Teacher the Metro Nashville Public Schools. Daily he witnesses that today's kids are media savvy consumers who often look to media images to learn how to make decisions, what to believe, and how to enjoy life.
