Anthony’s life in itself is miraculous, as he was actually scheduled to be aborted until the very day the procedure was to take place. Thankfully, his heavenly father had other plans. Anthony never thought much about God until he met a youth pastor in college. When he learned about Jesus and what He had done on the cross for him, he chose to change his lifestyle, accept the grace offered to him, and became a Christian. Now his life has become an adventure of unearthing truth, revealing personal struggles, celebrating successes, and helping others do the same. He shares his God-given gifts by writing moving lyrics which people can really relate to, creating melodies from vibrant to gorgeous which stick with you long after the songs are over, and with his deep, rich, unforgettable voice.
CD’s include Cover Me and The Rambler with fresh, edgy sounds true to Anthony’s heart as an artist and as a person. He’s opened for Aaron Shust, Shawn McDonald, Rush of Fools, Affix, Our Heart's Hero, and We Are Leo. He has traveled with Billy Wayne Arrington, played in numerous churches, festivals, colleges/universities, schools, conferences, camps, and for other special ministry groups. Anthony has had live interviews with KBCU 88.1, WEMM 107.9, WZAQ 92.3 and WPJY - Walk FM 88.7, Victory 91.5, and more.
At the 2011 Indie Ignite convention in Nashville, Anthony’s song, “Break My Heart”, came in first place in their song testing panel competition. He is proud to have been accepted as a Holt International artist and is actively promoting the sponsorship of orphans waiting for adoption or family preservation assistance in foreign countries. Anthony's songs were awarded two of the twelve slots in the competition for the All About Worship Songwriter's Cafe CD. He was awarded the Top Performer status at Tom Jackson’s Road Show Bootcamp in Nashville with his song, “Love Conquers All”. He has been selected to participate in Extreme Tour and has been awarded a full concert video session with Full Sail University. Anthony won a talent search competition at Atlantafest 2012 performing “The Rambler” which allowed him to play on the main stage there opening up for Tobymac, Red, Trip Lee, Tedashii, KJ-52, and Royal Tailor. He placed in the top five with the same song in Nashville at the GMA Immerse Artist Competition.
