Ben Walther is a singer, songwriter, worship leader, husband and a father. Sharing his message that "there is always hope for redemption," Ben has been making music for more than 15 years. A part-time music minister at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Ben travels across the country to lead worship and share his gifts with God's people.
After spending many years working and leading faith groups full-time, Ben changed the focus of his life. A family man first and foremost, he and his wife met the great challenge of forming their children at home, outside of traditional school settings. Making time for more prayer, Ben went on an interior journey with Christ and emerged with fresh and insightful songs. The changed focus of his life also gave him more time for music and ministry opportunities on the weekends. Ben spent time co-writing with Christian music greats like Matt Maher and Robbie Seay and released Everything Can Change in 2008. Inspired by newfound internal peace Ben has continued to make music and joined the Spirit & Song family in 2012. His spiritandsong.com debut releases in May, 2013.
Having been a part of Steubenville Youth conferences across the country and Life Teen events, including training conferences, summer camps and day-long workshops for people in ministry, Ben also enjoys being part of the ADORE family of missionaries in Houston. Through his worship leading and events, he hopes to draw people into worship, to educate and to inspire them using modern illustrations of the Gospel.
A graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ben, his wife and 3 children call Houston, TX home.
