After inking a deal with SlingShot Media Group (an independent label out of the Mid-West), KamBINO was catapulted into the top of the ranks in the Christian Rap/Holy Hip Hop arena. His debut album Reach received a perfect 5 star rating from DaSouth.com and has literally reached across America, to Africa, to Australia, and beyond.  Rapzilla.com nominated him for "Best New Artist of 2010" and later named him one of the "11 Freshmen of 2011".  He's had the privilege of sharing the stage with several well known and respected artists such as J-Moss, Canton Jones, Lecrae, Trip Lee, Franchesca Battestelli, 10th Avenue North, Tedashi, K-Drama, JR, R-Swift, D-MAUB, D. Montrell, Jai, This'l, Big Daddy Weave and many more and has collaborated on songs with everyone from former label mate Yaves the Street Pastor to David Ware of Hillsong.  

 

KamBINO resides in Columbus, OH with his wife and children.  He is a member of Columbus Christian Center under the ministry of Dr. David C. Forbes Jr. where he serves as a leader of the FYRE Youth Group.  In April of 2010 he followed his heart leaving a successful career in Sales to pursue his music career full time. He now travels throughout the country sharing his message with the masses determined to leave a lasting impact on a culture that is in desperate need of change.
