Jeff grew up in small-town Harlan, Iowa where he began learning music in his piano lessons at age 5. He was surrounded by several musical outlets through school bands and church choirs and worship teams. Throughout high school he was part of a traveling music ministry program that shared the Lord's compassion for His people through music. This was where Jeff found his voice in worship. 

Upon graduating high school he attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa where he recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in music with a concentration in business. While at Drake he was part of a campus ministry called Campus Fellowship. Campus Fellowship holds regular Bible studies, small groups and worship and teaching nights. Jeff sang and played piano for the worship band aptly named "Alive." On the weekends he attended a small local church where he was the worship leader.

Jeff is on the cusp of his singing and songwriting career and from here he can only look up to where his hope and inspiration comes, the Lord. His new CD "I Want To Know" was released in Fall 2013 and contains seven original compositions produced by Jerroll Lehman Productions.
