The Lasting Hope, a Christian Rock band out of Southern Indiana, has a high energy pop-rock sound that gets audiences on their feet and singing along. The band is uniquely formed by five young and very talented men who have a heart completely sold out to worship. Formed in 2010, the band has gone through some directional as well as member adjustments, but the final result has been a hard core worship experience that audiences of all ages are positively reacting to.
“These guys seriously rock. It is a huge inspiration to see the way God is using them for the good of His kingdom.” - TLH Fan
Their first album, Closer than Before, released in 2011, was a hit with the fans. The uplifting lyrics and jamming sound really gave a glimpse into the hearts of these young men and captured their musical talent. They will be returning to the studio this fall to record Sunsets and Second Chances, an EP, with the help of Nashville based producer Mark Lee Townsend (Relient K, Owl City, House of Heroes, Run Kid Run).
The Lasting Hope truly has a heart for ministry and has lead worship and excited young crowds at many local churches, camps, and youth rallies. They have had the opportunity to play at Kentucky’s Ichthus with Chris Tomlin, Switchfoot, Building 429, and Toby Mac and most recently performed in Lexington, IN at Old Settler’s with former Hawk Nelson frontman, Jason Dunn. Word of their sound and passion for music got back to Dunn’s management team, EOS Artist Management, who signed them to a one year management contract.
