From being a strong backup singer to being a music director both home and abroad, through the grace of God, Mariel, the founder of Teleosong has been able to develop her God given talent. She is a prophetic psalmist, worship leader and a songwriter. She has led worship in small and large gatherings; in colleges and churches for many years. The Lord has called her into prophetic worship, and He is unfolding His plans. She is a very passionate worship leader, who demonstrates her love for God through a life style of worship. She has sang as a lead vocalist with many choirs and bands on many occasions.
 Through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, she has been given the strength and ability to write contemporary  praise and worship songs. The Lord Jesus Christ put in her a sincere desire is to sing His praise as the risen King, and declare His finished work in the earth. This is the reason He named her music ministry "TeleoSong"(a ministry that sings the finished works of Jesus Christ in the earth).
She has written over 250 songs by the help of the Holy Spirit, and hope to share them with the body of Christ. She hope to see the entire world reformed through them as an atmosphere is created for God to have His way wherever and whenever these songs are released. Her Debut Album,God's glory& is a prophetic declaration in the earth that regardless of what is going on today, because the church of Jesus Christ is here on earth, the whole earth is full of God's glory. This album contains some of the songs she wrote and is produced through a record label. They are prophetic and worshipful, and they serve as a means through which every Godly worshiper can open his/her mouth and let the Chief Psalmist, King Jesus sing to Himself and cry out to the Father.
 She graduated with  B.A in English  from University of Ibadan, the premiere University, Ibadan Nigeria. She is married to Dr. Emmanuel Akinboye, and they are blessed with two wonderful children, John and Zoe Akinboye.
