Kareem Manuel & Decipha have come together to start the CTZN COLLECTIVE. The aim is to be a group of creatives that push each other to be the best that we can be to the glory of God. As leaders in their church, friends born a week apart, and their of the different states they lived in they are brothers from different mothers. 

The group came together after a prayer session when Decipha says, "Kareem we have done over 20 songs together". Since that day they have released 2 free EP's, and have toured in turkey and plan to head back later this year. Now they are almost done with the first official project due at the end of the first quarter.
