Ever since I was really young I have had a fixation with dark and heavier music. Not just metal but all genres. During the mid- 90s I was a young kid listening to bone thugs, 2 pac, ice cube, Mack 10, snoop, and all the rest that were dominant back then. My sister had a Honda with a good sound system in it and I would sit in our drive way for hours listening to them full blast for hours

When I got into junior high I discovered a band named Korn and that's when I went down the rabbit hole with all things heavy metal.

In high school there weren't too many people listening to the same style of music as me and at the same time I started going to church a little bit. Eventually, I reached the point where I needed something extremely heavy and with a message of hope. I searched and searched and there wasnt much outside metalcore back then.

In late 2004 I started the deathcore band Impending Doom to bring hope to a dark place

Late 2019 I bring a passion project of mine that I have had in the works for years since I was young boy. I need something heavier in the trap scene with a message of hope and couldn't find it. So, I started a solo project dubbed Man ov God. Same message. Same passion and always heavy!
