CEO, philanthropist, singer-songwriter, and author Tonya Lewis-Taylor sits at the helm of the New York-based I WILL GRADUATE Youth Development Agency. She is also the Co-founder/Executive Director of Entertainers 4 Education Alliance headquartered in New York City, a non-profit organization that enlists celebrities and high-profile individuals to stress the importance and coolness of being educated.
As a former celebrity publicist/marketing executive in the music industry, her work includes a tenure at Roc-A-Fella Records. A gifted and multifaceted performer, Tonya toured and performed in over 45 countries, singing backup for notables like Mariah Carey and Mary J. Blige and gospel luminaries including Fred Hammond and Donnie McClurkin. Her off-Broadway work includes "Mama I Want To Sing" and "Gospel Is."
With the 2014 release of her debut album, Delayed But Not Denied, she made Billboard’s Top 15 with her single, "Thank You" and again hit Billboard’s Top 25 with a song from her 2016 sophomore album, I've Got To Win, entitled, "I'm a Winner." She’s been featured throughout the media and has been the recipient of numerous other awards and recognitions. Her latest project is her 2020 EP, I Am More Than A Conqueror, preceded by the radio single of the same name.
