Jess Soccorsi is a multi-genre singer/songwriter who moved to Nashville in 2015 to pursue Pop, Film/TV, Worship and Christian music. Originally from West Virginia, Jess lived in the beautiful state of Colorado for years writing primarily worship and pop music. She spent most of her time leading worship, helping equip other worship leaders/writers, and traveling abroad. Later studying music for a year in London, UK, Jess expanded her musical taste and production experience which lent itself to her indie pop project SÜ.
Her artist sound is embodied by a blend of dream pop ballads and electro-tinged grooves. Quintessential examples of this are her singles 'Cathedrals' and 'Right Here' that dropped in 2019. Her last single 'Til The End of Time' that debuted in June 2020, is a cinematic ballad that was cowritten and released with fellow artist Silverberg.
In the Film/TV world, she focuses on heartfelt lyrics mixed with dreamy cinematic soundscapes. Alternatively, with a handful of singles and collaborations to date, you can catch a few of her upbeat, pop songs on MTV spots like The Hills, Siesta Key and Ex On The Beach.
Though she loves to have an outlet for her own creativity and sound, Jess frequently supports other artists in writing for their projects as well. While being an artist herself, the main love and heartbeat behind it all is the writing process and helping others create great music.
