Completely, Christian Bautistas much-awaited sophomore album received a Gold Record Award--which means it sold more than 15,000 units--in less than one week of release in the Philippines. Christians admirers from the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand (where his very first single The Way You Look at Me is still dominating the pop charts) now have 12 new songs they could swoon over. Christian Bautistas regional appeal is so strong that his Warner Music label is even going the extra mile for the singing heartthrob by putting out a limited international edition of Completely. Besides the well-conceived packaging, the limited international edition also has equally handsome photos of Christian shot here and in Indonesia. Christians international charm radiates in his new songs. He showcases his songwriting skills in two tracks, Now That You Are Here and Please Dont Go. Three songs are by Andrew Fromm, the man behind Christians monster hit ballad, The Way You Look at Me. The carrier single, Everything You Do, is a testament to the killer combination of Andrews songwriting prowess and Christians heartbreaking voice. The title track has been creating a greater impact via a music video that pays tribute to Filipinos who have made their mark in the international scene. To keep up with this theme, Precious Lara Quigaman, recently proclaimed Miss International 2005, has been singled out to be Christians leading lady in the music video. Matching Laras international victory is Christians self-titled debut CD that reached Double Platinum recently in Indonesia. Of the other seven songs in the Completely roster, two are ballads written by Indonesias top composers, and there is also the upbeat pop single She Could Be that shows even a balladeer like Christian knows how to have a good time. The album also includes Christians jingle for Greenwich, Nais Ko. Asias Pop Idol Christian Bautista has become a leading export we lovesick Pinoys can all be proud of. Truly, he just keeps getting better the second time around. Completely is released by Warner Music Philippines. Grab your limited international edition while supplies last. Completely is now available at leading music stores and record bars.
Christian in and out| Posted July 27, 2009
Our radio station had the chance to interview the guy for his upcoming concert which we were promoting (last 2008) here in cagayan de Oro City. It was our first time to hear his story of faith and it was such an encouragement to see how he wanted to live his life dedicated to the Lord. There was also a series of question which we asked him just to get to know him better and he gave his lifeverse as well as some of the things that go behind the 'ask of showbiznes.' Christian is a true Christian and I hope as he continues to be an example to the people around him especially in his 'calling' as he is surrounded by countless others who do not know Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Christian Bautista is such a great artist! I've seen him perform live and it is amazing! He has a similar voice to Josh Groban. He's amazing and I love his music! I'm excited to continue to hear more of him and I cannot wait to watch a performance by him!
