Sierra Jensen felt nervous about the future as she returned home after a short-term missions trip. She had always been the bold, free-spirited type. But now every would be completely different when she returned home. While she was in England, Sierra's family had moved to a different state. She would have to start going to a new high school in the middle of her junior year where everyone already had their cliques and boyfriends. Then a chance meeting at the London airport prompts Sierra to start praying for Paul, a guy she hardly knows. She can't help but wonder if she will ever see him again.

Everything important seems to elude Sierra -- a job to supply her with ready cash, good friends at her new high school and, most importantly, love. The road to accomplishing these goals is bumpy until Sierra is left at home to care for her grandmother for the weekend. With Easter break around the corner, Sierra longs to leave her troubles behind and visit her friend Christy Miller and the rest of the California gang she met in England. Her wish comes true and a plane whisks her from rainy Portland, Oregon, to Newport Beach, California for a week of sun, fun and surf. There's only one problem. Sierra's older sister, Tawni accompanies her on the trip and catches the attention of Paul's older brother, Jeremy. Now it seems everyone has a boyfriend except Sierra!

I Love these books! I have the whole series, all separate books instead of sets. :D I think as of now I read through the entire series about four times! I love how these books are written, they pull the reader in and make them feel as though they are sierra, or at least a part of her life. :)
