Review:
The Incumbment is the first in the Madison Glenn series. It's about the mayor of a small town in California whose husband recently dies. She's not a Christian at the time, but this issue is explored throughout the book. The storyline is really nothing new: a dead body shows up; they solve the mystery; end of story. Overall this is the best book in the series but that isn't saying much. This series is really typical and we can't give this book any more than 2 stars

Awesome! | Posted March 02, 2008
I had never heard of Alton Gansky before, but my mom & I were shopping for books at a Christian outlet store and we came across this one. I like thrillers and she likes politics, so we decided to buy it and see if it was any good. Well, it certainly was! We both enjoyed reading it together. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes thrillers, suspense, and mystery. :)
