Red announced via their facebook page that they will be joining forces with fellow hard rock giant Demon Hunter for a fall tour, which will kick off August 2014. Recent Word Records signee Veridia will serve as opening act and complete the bill. Dates and locations are pending, and will be available on
the band's facebook page as they are announced.
This announcement follows hard on the heels of Red's recent remix release,
Release the Panic: Recalibrated. The tour takes its name from that album's lead single of the same name. This pairing also allows Demon Hunter to introduce their own 2014 release,
Extremist, to audiences across the country. Opener Veridia, an electric female-fronted rock outfit, will be bringing the fresh sounds rock fans have already tasted with their
Inseparable EP to life on stage.
Sony Music band Red is well known for their explosive live show, frequently employing elaborate sets, costumes, and pyrotechnics. Longtime Solid State Records act Demon Hunter has been a cornerstone in their genre for nearly 15 years.
