Here it is! Earlier this morning, Thousand Foot Krutch revealed to their fans the much anticipated album cover for their upcoming fall release, OXYGEN:INHALE!
The album is being produced by TFK frontman Trevor McNevan and longtime collaborator Aaron Sprinkle (One Republic, Anberlin, Pedro the Lion, The Almost) and marks the second time the band has leaned on fans for initial support after sparking the second-biggest campaign ever for Kickstarter at the time for its 2012 independently released The End Is Where We Begin. For this round, the band is using PledgeMusic to pre-order directly to their fans with special bonus offers that expire this week.
"Oxygen is our lifeline," says McNevan, reflecting on the impetus behind the new record. "It's what keeps us alive and breathing. Most of us spend our entire lives taking half breaths when we were created to take full breaths. To live life to its fullest, to treat every day like it might be our last, and treat other people the same way. We can't see it, but we need it. It exists. It fuels everything we are."
The band is giving away a free acoustic version of their hit, "Let The Sparks Fly" to celebrate the end of another successful crowdfunding event and mentions that the first single from the album will be hitting radio this week.
OXYGEN:INHALE will be available on Tuesday, August 26th.
