Pop duo LOVECOLLIDE announced this week that they will be heading out with 7eventh Time Down, Jasmine Murray and Jamison Strain for the Only King Forever Tour this spring. The tour will run mid-April through May, with dates to be announced in the coming weeks.
"Going to be a fantastic tour with such incredible artists! We are so excited about the touring with 7eventh Time Down! This will be our first bigger tour with our new music and we are so excited to share it with everyone we meet," sisters Lauren Budnick and Brooke DeLeary shared.
As for the new music, LOVECOLLIDE's latest single "I Don't Want It" is continuing to build steam at radio. "The song is about holding our dreams up to God," shares Brooke. "We are calling out to God, saying, 'I don't want this if it's without you.' What we wanted to show in the video was that we all have very basic outer shells; we are all alike. But on the inside the Holy Spirit lives, making us explode with unique weirdness and color that is undefinable and differs from human to human. The paint and glitter in the video is the outward representation of that explosion." Check out the music video for "I Don't Want It" below.
"I Don't Want It" is the lead single from the duo's upcoming third full-length album, Tired Of Basic, that releases April 13th. Online pre-orders for the album begin next Friday, March 2nd, with a special pre-order stream with Spotify where users can get the album automatically downloaded when it releases.
