At the beginning of this year, fans of rock band Pillar were delighted to learn that the band would be coming out of hiatus with a new record—and with the band’s original lineup of Rob Beckley, Noah Henson, Lester Estelle Jr., and Kalel Wittig.
The Pillar faithful responded to that news by
not only raising the band’s $50,000 Kickstarter crowd-funding goal, but surpassed it by more than $30,000.
After working on their new material for much of the year, the band is readying its much-anticipated release, and has announced the title of its fan-funded album, and unveiled the project’s album artwork.
One Love Revolution is coming in February, and the band is aiming to complete it by the end of September. Kickstarter backers are looking to get one of the already finished songs in the coming days.
The new album artwork comes from a photography session with famed photographer (and founder of the Help Portrait ministry) Jeremy Cowart.
