After months of teasing, Skillet announced today through Billboard details about the next chapter of their musical career. On August 2, Skillet will release their 10th studio album, Victorious. This album sees the Coopers producing 6 of the new tracks, marking a decided step in taking creative control of the project. Lead mainstream rock single will be "Legendary," which has been exciting fans in concert for weeks now.
Christian radio will receive "Anchor" as a single. Other new songs that have been recently debuted in their live set include "Dead Man Walking" and "Rise Up." Skillet will hit the road with mainstream rockers Sevendust on the Victorious War Tour later this year. You can check out tour dates here: http://www.skillet.com/tour.
