Sean Curran, formerly of worship band Bellarive, released his debut solo EP today, titled Bigger Than I Thought. The six song project is available now to stream wherever you listen to music.
Curran, who has been connected with Passion Music as part of their worship team for the last several years, began being featured on Passion projects in 2017, shortly after Bellarive disbanded. "Bigger Than I Thought," a powerful moment from Passion 2019 that is led by Curran, released earlier this year. Soon after the release of the Passion album, fans bombarded Instagram with requests for "Step Into The Light," another standout moment led by Curran, to be released as well. Sean answered, releasing the song as a single a few weeks later.
"The Lord has used this song to lie me down in green pastures and lead me beside still waters. I pray the same over you. If you need new rhythms of His grace, He's got um. You aren't His burden. Run towards Him. Find your freedom. He is bigger than you think," Sean says of the song.
Following that release, Curran began to tease more new solo music, of which "Live Again" was the first taste in mid-May. Another single, "The Great Migration," was released last week, with the full EP available today.
In addition to the EP, Sean also released a video for one of the new songs, "All Praise," recorded live from this week's Passion Camp in Florida. Check out the video here, and follow Sean on Instagram here for continued updates.
