Hip hop phenomenon Lecrae has teamed up with for KING & COUNTRY to create a music video for his song "Messengers." The video was directed by Nathan Corrona.
The collaborative track and video is part of what has been a wildly successful year for both artists, with both Lecrae's
Anomaly and for KING & COUNTRY's
Run Wild. Live Free. Love Strong. earning them sold out shows through the fall of 2014 and GRAMMY nominations for the 57th GRAMMY Awards (set to air February 8, 2015). Lecrae shared on
his facebook about this season of his ministry: "Honored to be in the running for The GRAMMYs this year. Spread the word - This one’s for the #Messengers." You can watch the new music video below.
for KING & COUNTRY shared the video as well, along with a picture (above) confessing in the caption that the artists only just met face to face for the first time: "After cyber collaborating on Lecrae's #messengers and being in a music video 'together', they finally met in real life!"
