The site, first launched as NewReleaseTuesday.com back in 2001, has become an industry-leading portal for fans to discover what's new in Christian music. Since its inception, the site has welcomed 61 million visitors who have accessed over 106 million pages of content as NRT has introduced hundreds of new and developing artists alongside every major artist in Christian music.
"In the past two decades, the music industry has seen seismic shifts not only in overall style and production but also in how Christian music fans have consumed the content," shares NRT founder, Kevin McNeese. A handful of those artists recently contributed to a short, 6-minute video giving NRT a 20th Anniversary shout-out. Steven Curtis Chapman, Sidewalk Prophets, Austin French, Hope Darst, Manic Drive were a few of the many who participated.
