Curb | Word Entertainment's Love & The Outcome celebrates the upcoming holiday season with "The Wonder of Christmas," out now. Listen to the new holiday track here.
The first in a pair of new seasonal selections releasing this year from Love & The Outcome, "The Wonder of Christmas" provides a glimpse into the birth of Jesus through the lens of a parent. Husband and wife Jodi King and Chris Rademaker welcome listeners into their home for the holidays as they experience Christmas through the wide-eyed wonder of their two boys, Milo and Ziggy. The bright song, full of descriptive lyrics and childlike faith, reminds us that the reigning King of Kings was once a tiny, innocent baby in a manger, and invites us to relish the wonder of the season. The duo, who will celebrate 19 years of marriage in December, wrote the song with Tony Wood and Mark Campbell, the latter of whom also produced the single.
"The Wonder of Christmas" follows Love & The Outcome's third studio LP, Only Ever Always, which was released this spring--listen here. The recent flooding of their home inspired the 13-track collection as the couple realized rain precedes the rainbow. Produced by Seth Mosley, Mark Campbell, and Colin Munroe, the album is colored by the act's signature blend of positive pop and a retro groove. It boasts select songs from their 2020 EP, You've Got This, as well as hits like "I'm Not Lucky, I'm Blessed" and "Look What God Has Done."
